Ruggles Mine is planning to open to the public in 2024. However, we are currently open. We have NOT announced an openning date, nor have we decided upon hours of operation.

RULES (as of 2023)

1. No dogs are allowed on Ruggles Mine events. Not even "Emotional Support Dogs". Sorry...

2. No children under 7. Under 10 FREE.

3. No flip-flops or sneakers. Please wear boots with good ankle support and preferably waterproof too. Lots of wet areas on the property.

4. Violation of these rules and anything from the morning safety briefing will result in your early departure from the property without refund. 

5. Did we mention NO DOGS! :)

EFMLS-affiliated Mineral Club Field Trip Leaders in the New England region, please CONTACT US to book a mineral collecting trip for your club. We have weekend opportunities for later in the summer/early fall. For individuals, we are opening up collecting event dates during most weekend days this summer.
