It's official, we will be back open for the season starting May 30th. Starting the following week we will be open Thursday through Sunday to the general public. We will have a bunch more areas turned up this year exposing minerals which have not been seen since the miners worked back in the early 1900's mining big sheets of mica..
Open to the Public
Thursday - Saturday: 9am to 5pm
Sundays: 9am to 3pm
Mineral Collecting, Hiking, Sight-Seeing
$30/person, kids under 10 FREE
You can mine up to a 5-gallon bucket of rocks and minerals per paid admission.
Camping
$20/campsite/night
Tents or self-contained RVs
Porta-potty on site. No hookups for RVs.
Pets allowed, but must be ON LEASH and under your control 100% of the time. You must clean up after your pet.
